Say: Pupils, pupils, what do you see? I see Max looking at me.

Pupils say: Max, Max what do you see? Max says: I see (pupil's name)
looking at me.
The class continues with that pupil's name: (Pupil's name, pupil's name),
what do you see? The pupil answers: I see (another pupil's name) looking
at me.
Repeat the activity with 5 or 6 pupils.

What's Missing (game #9)
- Put flashcards of the letters D, O, Z, Y, U on the board.
- Send one pupil out of the room. Ask the class to help you decide which
letter card to take off the board.
- Remember to signal the pupil to come back into the room with the chant,
"1,2,3,4, Who is knocking at the door?"
- The class asks together: What's missing?
- The pupil has to guess the letter and then say a word that begins with that
letter.

ABC Sequencing Game (game #63)
- Ask for 13 volunteers to play a letter game in front of the class. Have the
pupils form a line. Each pupil says a letter of the ABC and the next pupil
continues in sequence. If a pupil forgets, help with hints so that s/he is not
embarrassed. S/He can ask for help from the class.
