envelopes and put them into pairs.
2. Say: Mix! Pupils mix up the letters.

- Add the letter Kk to the picture dictionary.
- Note: Before doing ex. 71 make sure pupils know the meaning of the words ‘kids’,

Note: Point out that the letter C and K make the same sound, like in the word ‘cake’

2. Say: Show me (letter name) and say its name. Pupils hold up the correct letter.

- Ex. 73 - Say each of the words clearly and have the pupils circle the correct number
of syllables in each word. Then have the pupils divide each word into syllables using
