Our Villages,
Towns, and Cities
Akio lives in a village in Japan. Akio’s village is very
beautiful. The grass is green, and the hills are high.
In Akio’s village, there are many little flowers.
Jen lives in a town in Australia. Jen’s town is amazing.
The weather in Jen’s town is very hot. To stay cool,
the whole town is underground (ﺗﺤﺖ اﻷرض/)מתחת לאדמה.
The town has houses, stores, and hotels that are all
Anna lives in a town in the Netherlands.
In Anna’s town there are no roads or cars.
People travel by boat on rivers. Anna lives next to
a river. There is a park across from Anna's house.
Dan lives in a city in Spain. The city is on the side of
a mountain. There are many stores and restaurants
in the city. People walk on narrow roads and look at
the beautiful trees that grow on the mountain.
