Yes, it is possible to brush your teeth in space.
Astronauts on the ISS use a toothbrush and a bag

Everyone on the ISS helps clean the bathroom.
It is really important that it is always tidy. The
astronauts put away their soap and toothbrushes
before they leave the bathroom.
