Number 1:
Zoya: Mom, what time is it?
Mom: It is noon. It is lunchtime!
Zoya: Great. I am hungry.
Number 2:
Mom: Do you want to have lunch at a restaurant, or do you want to have lunch at home?
Zoya: I want to have lunch at a restaurant.
Number 3:
Mom: OK. Would you like to eat steak or pizza?
Zoya: I want to eat pizza!
Mom: OK. We can go to Pam’s Pizza Place for lunch.
Number 4:
Mom: I love the tomato sauce at Pam’s Pizza Place. Do you know where Chef Pam gets the
tomatoes for her sauce?
Zoya: Yes. She gets the tomatoes from Pedro’s Farm. They are a special type of small red
tomato. They are amazing!
Mom: They are your sister’s favorite type of tomatoes. She always asks me to buy them for her.
Zoya: I have an idea! Dad can get her from her friend’s house, and they can meet us at the
restaurant!
Mom: That is a great idea! Please call Dad and tell him about our plans for lunch.
Zoya: OK. What a great afternoon!
