Have pupils copy the date into their notebooks.

Ask: What’s the weather like today? (Elicit: The weather is…)

Ask: What room of the museum were we in last time? (Elicit: the Middle Ages room). Say: Now we are
in the Age of Discovery room (use L1).

Go around the room and ask different pupils:
Would you like to travel somewhere by boat? (Elicit: Yes, I do. / No, I do not.)
Where do you want to visit? Why? (Elicit personal responses.)
