Ask: What day is it today? (Elicit the full date and write it on the board: Today is (Sunday), (April 21).
Have pupils copy the date into their notebooks.

Ask: What room of the museum were we in last time? (Elicit: the Age of Discovery room). Say: Now we
are in the Industrial Revolution room (use L1).

Go around the room and ask different pupils: Is there a train station in your city? Have you ever been
on a train?
