Ask: What day is it today? (Elicit the full date and write it on the board: Today is (Sunday), (April 21).
Have pupils copy the date into their notebooks.

Ask: What room of the museum were we in last time? (Elicit: the Industrial Age room). Say: Now we are
in the last room of the museum: the Space Age room (use L1).

Go around the room and ask different pupils: Are you interested in space travel? Do you know which
country sent the first person to the Moon? Do you think people should travel to space for fun?
Vocab Activity

Do the activity to review the vocabulary (show the word cards): bright, busy, electricity, engine,
expensive, gas, instead, invent, quickly, railway, slow, smoke, useful.
