Have pupils work with a partner. One partner asks the other partner a wh- question about themselves,
and the other partner answers the question. For example, the first partner asks, “What is your favorite
movie?” and the other partner answers, “My favorite movie is The Lion King.” Demonstrate the dialogue
with the class before having pupils complete the task with their partner.

prepositions.
Say a sentence describing a situation: Show me… a pencil above your head. Pupils should hold a
